Vico Magistretti, A Travelling Archive Exhibition

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta: An exhibition honoring the late Milanese architect and designer Vico Magistretti will be held on September 9 to October 7, 2016 at the Italian Institute of Culture, Jakarta.The exhibition, titled 'Vico Magistretti. A Traveling Archive', will be held by the Italian Institur in collaboration with Fondazione Vico Magistretti and Indonesian designer Cosmas D. Gozali, and attempts to recreate Magistrettis studio in Milan to bring life to Magistretti's creations.The exhibition adopts an intimate look at the work and personal life of Vico Magistretti through displays of pin boards full of samples of his favorite paper materials, sketches drawn on newspaper pages, drawings made for him by his grandchildren, letters, correspondence with friends and colleagues, and family photographs.Video Journalist: Dewi KiranaVoice Over: Dewi Kirana
